Fishing at Salagou
Fishing at Salagou
The Salagou Lake is the Salagou dam reservoir. Many animal and vegetal species live in this rich ecosystem.
Ideal for fishing, it became «mythical» in the 70s for its pikes and zanders, and more recently for its carps. Exceptionally large fish are caught regularly, pikes over one meter and zanders over 8 kg.
On the banks, the children will be able to see crayfish and small fish.
You can get your fishing cards at the Lodévois & Larzac Tourist Office and at the campsite the Vailhés !
